Terrible do not use
I’ve been a customer three times with this company and the treatment that I got the last time signing up was just distasteful and unorganized and unprofessional. You guys failed to let me know that you wouldn’t process my documents until the next day they had me sitting at a dispensary and their app wouldn’t even update to let me know that they will be sitting my documents to the next day. Then when I called him to get someone to update my documents, they give me attitude and tell me that I need to wait then when I finally send over my documents, they’re still putting in all of my information wrong when I’ve updated my information with them so now I’m asking him to fix it and they have attitude with me. Do not use this company. Customer service is terrible. It’s only those people all the way way over in India. You cannot get anybody from America and they don’t know what they’re doing. I find this very odd i tried to make my payment on the 4th of July from 8am till 1130pm basically all darn day and the system wouldn’t allow me to make the payment the screen would turn white each time so they cancelled me and now what’s even more strange is I have never heard of a company that lets you reinstate but you have to wait 2-5 days for their decision after you have paid the reinstatement fees and drive around without no insurance meanwhile they make a decision so in the mean time if I’m in a accident I’m screwed because we have to drive to work to pay bills and rent in this cheap world we live in ha if I’m wrong please someone correct meShow lessHeiwjndownxysnekd
