Tried to use the app went to black screen I have an iPhone 12 and my husband uses it and it works great for him he has an iPhone 8

It went on a black screen I deleted it and downloaded it so many times and to think I was so excited to get fit with this app but no just left me on a black screen.Stuck on black screen

When I first got it I really wanted to do the 90 day challenge but then I had to pay to do it and i really wanted to do it. I want to do the challenge cause I’m tired off people shaming me based off how I look but now I can’tThe videos
Just to say Browney and “Captain America” I am a huge fan. The main problem with the app is the videos, after I click on it it just loads forever, if you could fix that then I’d give this app 5 stars.Black screen and have paid already

I really wanted to start using this app and the app won’t freaking work. Every time I go to pick a subscription plan it doesn’t work. It loads and than restarts. I’ve tried over 20 times and have made 7 new gmails to try to get it to work and it won’t. Get your freaking app to work!Not what I thought
First, all the workouts are the same. I expected something more personalized based on the questions I had to go through and my goals but they are all full body workouts every day.
Second, I want to cancel my membership so I won’t get charged again but there is no option to do that. The only thing I can think of is to delete my account but how do I know if I’ll get charged again. The app needs to be more user friendly.
Third, as I have a question about the account, there is no way to contact someone for support through the app.
I will be deleting my account and hope that I won’t be getting charged again on “auto renew”.Show less
