  • One annoying thing

    The app is fantastic! I enjoy all the workouts provided and enjoy the list of substitute exercises in case I don’t like something . The only flaw I’m experiencing right now is - being able to manage on my 90 day challenge which days I’d like to take off and which ones not too. For example it’s (Monday) and I do my workout, then on Tuesday it’s a (Rest day) unfortunately that doesn’t align with my personal life plan therefore I’m going to workout on Tuesday and take my rest day on Wednesday. I’d love to be able to switch the workout days but I can’t seem to find how to. Other than that the app is fantastic but it is enough of an issue to lose 2* from myself.

  • Juste one ting

    Really good app but there is just one thing off when I play your videos they just shut down it’s hard to explain but it’s like if you leave your phone at your Lock Screen it automatically turns off and it’s the same for the video clips can you change it please

    There are a lot of effort to create an app! Appreciate that! Thanks for sharing the way to be healthy to us and they really listen to the user/ viewers and make it free lol

  • Excellent

    The app is really good to keep on track for your fitness goals, but there are a few bugs. My profile said I had finished one program already even though I thought I had only started one. Also, the crop feature doesn't work well on my phone; you can't see the crop button on screen except for one line at the bottom.

    For the workouts, it would be nice if the text format had pictures along with each step. Since some may find the video to be too fast for them, a good picture-text layout would be great for accessibility.

    It’s not just because they are famous YouTubers it just a good app in general
  • Can’t do the workouts

    I like all the workouts that you give me to do, but the main problem with this app I have is that I don’t have the right equipment. I have to do barbell squats and leg machine workouts, but I don’t have any of that, all I have is just dumbbells. So I am requesting that they add different courses like a dumbbell only or bodyweight only. This request will let more people be able to use this app, because some people can’t drive to the gym or don’t have the equipment like me. So I just want you to Make separate courses.

    Best app but I don’t like that it’s online as I can’t load it without wifi and I don’t have data
  • Crazy no joke

    This app is so crazy. First there’s a free version that actually helps you with everything. It’s also not one of those apps were you have to pay after a week, nope this app lets you do it forever free. It also tells you what to eat and how to gain muscle and lose weight with the right foods. I recommend this if you need help or starting changing your body.

  • The app is good but the warm-up and co-down videos dont open.

    I have been using this app for about 2 months now and it is very good but the warm-up and cooldowns never open for me so it's annoying at times especially when you try to do it before checking your pump causing you to spend over 20 min for it just not to work.
