Thankyou so much John from the bottom of my heart for being here for me in the time of need and major struggle. Never would I have thought I would be getting an electric car but I struggled and you came to my rescue 20 out of 10 rating from me to you! Love you guys thankyou again!!!! Great customer service!

I had an emergency, and Tray went above and beyond to help me out! He and his supervisor helped me charge my car when I was stuck, and my payment wasn’t going through. I really appreciate them both a great deal!

I was having trouble charging my EV! Nothing was working. I tried at least three different times to charge my vehicle. Before I even had to reach out to support. I was contacted by customer service. He was able to initiate a charging session for me with no problem. Very helpful, nice and efficient. Thank you again for being there in my time of need.

Charging

For my first time with very little experience, I was extremely impressed with the amount of time I spent with getting a full charge and the price was awesome as well.

Customer service

Tonight I was on 0 electricity (gas) , had trouble and the Kendra EVgo , been waiting here for 1hr plus and John and the entire customer service team within 15 min determined my issue and got me on the road again thanks again and keep up the fantastic job !

Easy to use and very responsive and helpful support

App is convenient to set up and easy to use. Support team is very helpful and responded to my inquiry very fast. Would definitely recommend this company for anyone with an EV.

Quick and easy customer service support

got a hold of technical support because of my confusion with my prepaid card and Whatnot, this is all pretty new to me. A gentleman by the name of Jay helped me explained pretty much how everything worked. Overall very satisfied with the service what highly recommend

My experience

Recently rented from Hertz and was surprised that I was put in an EV under their ‘manager special’ deal. I was hesitant at first, but the person at the counter said I could download this app that would make charging easy. I gotta say, as a first-time EV driver, this was a way better experience than I had expected. The app did, I think, exactly what it’s supposed to, which is tell me which chargers to go to that would work and allow me to start my charging session without needing to download an additional app.

The other thing I liked was being able to monitor how much I was adding to the battery because I only wanted to get it to the % needed without getting an extra charge from Hertz.

The one thing that I wish it could’ve done though was associate my Hertz reservation so I didn’t have to download another app and put in my payment information… but I suppose I would’ve had to do that with any other charger app.

Went from good to bad.

Recent change to their plans makes charging same price as gas or worse. $45 for ~300 miles is horrible. 30 mpg at $4 a gallon, you can get 300 miles for $40 with a gas car. A hybrid absolutely destroys this, getting 500 to 600 miles for only$40, and you don’t have to wait in your car for an hour to charge or wait after 9 pm to fill up. Paid plans are also off-peak times only. You are better off purchasing an EVGo plan instead. They once had an unlimited plan for $99 a week that was good for rideshare drivers, but alas no more. Presto is more expensive than gas now, and you can only use off-peak hours. Avoid. Only really good thing about Presto is that you can use multiple providers, such as EVGo and chargepoint. It was nice while it lasted. Now I use EVCS, which has unlimited monthly plans for as low as $99 a month. Can’t beat that, but it is California only.
