Stuck on loading
I’m trying to register, so I can use it at my job’s gift shop. It just shows loading whenever I enter my information, it stays like that until the app shuts down.Developer Response

App keeps opening with “app failed to fetch version data”. Will not allow me to log in with correct information. When signing into the website using correct information I am able to sign in no problem. I can’t get past the log in screen on the app. Have tried deleting app and reinstalling, does nothing.Show lessDeveloper Response

They changed something and I could no longer log on. I was told I had to reload the app. Did that. Then had to login which failed. I get sent a password reset link! Surprise! The link fails on three browsers! Says ssl_protocol_error. And won’t let me proceed!Developer Response
