Always takes a while to connect to the smoker. Never wants to refresh. I love my smoker/flat top, just wish the app would a little better.Gmayne21
Not a good app
Connectivity issues constantly, always have to unpair and pair the grill. Can’t use it to control the temps or turn it on or off. They need to really make some changes to fix this. It would be a great app if they did that!Never again don’t try
Don’t Bother

No WiFi
This app does not connect to WiFi, only Bluetooth. Again, false advertising should be against the law. Bluetooth drops out if you get out of range, not very far. Then you have to restart the app and reset the timers.Wifi is a no go

Constant crashes
I normally treat apps like this as a gimmick and nothing more but at a $1200 price point I figured I would give it a shot. It would be nice to check the temp if I have to walk way, but if I’m grilling I’m going to be next to the grill anyway. The app doesn’t let me get past the network password, just crashes after I try to connect to WiFi. This sort of issue should have been caught before making it a new version, also the version comments are useless unless you indicate what bugs you might be fixing. Bad app.
The app is terrible. It beats the purpose of having an app. It is faster to go outside and check the temps then it is to boot the app. Also you can’t check it remotely. At this point what’s the point of the app?Joey Chaidez
This app is a joke, sadly.
Was really hoping this app would be useful but it is not! I have to be standing right in front of the grill in order for the app to pick up the temperatures. After a period of time, the temps just freeze up and never change on the app unless you close the app completely and then reopen it. When you have to close out the app you then lose all the target temp information you put in and have to do it all over again. Very unreliable. I wish you guys would fix this!Show lessvicky.riggins
Doesn’t appear to be for the griddle?
First thing you do is add a Bluetooth connection. Not sure why. You wouldn’t run a gas griddle from a Bluetooth connection. So not sure what the app really does.Coronus Trifectus
