Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work except the store section. I bought an expensive smoker because it had this function now I can’t use it. You can’t register you can’t sign up nor do anything can someone fix this please!
Has not worked for me once
Anytime I try to sign in is says “Network Anomalies”. Part of the reason I returned my Blackstone.
Can’t even login
Bought a Blackstone combo and was excited to control it using my phone but the app has constant network anomalies.
Issues
Great when it works. Constant Network Anomalies and can’t log in so it’s useless majority of the time.
Works, but has issues
I will change my review when the bugs are fixed! Timers do not work at all. They stop when you exit the app. Temperature on the probes jumps 2-4 degrees up and down constantly on the app. App can take some time to populate temperatures when opened. App also crashes when you try to do something you can’t (Turn on the machine via app, or change temp while off) this could be fixed by making an alert pop up, instead of crashing.
