They don’t have the jlab go air pop model:( it doesn’t say they will be adding it anytime soon either so these headphones are not compatible with the app.

Hi, the compatibility with the Go Air POP and a few other models is coming soon. Our design team is finalizing a few more things before the roll out. We are almost there! Thanks for the support and patience :)Being able to control the EQ EXACTLY, change which gestures do which actions, and I no gerät with these is great! One bug has to do with some disconnects from the app while adjusting, but for an overall great product? I am positive they will fix it. Great job fixing the older bugs!!

Turns out I can no longer EQ my earbuds due to the fact anything I try to change results in an ear piercing ringing. Thanks JLab for nearly costing me my hearing.
The app still hasn’t been updated since the air pop haven’t been available since
Bought the GO Air Pop due to the product saying it supported EQ settings. Their app doesn’t even support said product….
I was super excited to finally pair up my earbuds to my phone but the model I have was sadly not on the app (I have the go airs) which was weird because the model I have came out in 2020 (four years ago) and is still not on the app so please fix this or I might as well go looking for my earbuds from four years ago

Can you guys please put the jlab air wireless ones because I literally cannot even control the volume at all the eq doesn’t even make it louder through the app it’s like why do you have to have the pro and not just the reglular
