    cannot log in. telling me user and password is incorrect. also unable to retrieve any information because it will not send a reset email.
  • Fixing something that’s not broken!

    The old app was great! The new app is no good at all! Works very slow. Main screen is big and white and shows your money balances so everyone can see. Not a lot of privacy whej checking my phone. No home screen with a menu tab to left anymore. Honestly made the app harder to use not easier. Needs to black out mode so the screen is dark and not super bright. Need to be able to use a PIN number to login. Not sure why they spent the money on a new app when the old one was not broken and worked super well! Not a fan of this new app and i use my banking app about a dozen times a day. Super disappointed. Hopefully they fix these problems.

  • Please fix the app!!!

    I am not able to log on at all, it either says “invalid pin” or “can’t display info”. Now I can’t log online to see my accounts because the old app is down due to this “upgrade”. The old one worked just fine!
  • Won’t Work

    I am getting error messages, the first of which says my browser is not supported.
  • The new design is horrible

    I understand changes will happen. However, this new design and how everything is formatted on the app is horrible. You have to log in every time with a username and password when you open the app vs when you can just use a pin. Which made things easier and faster. Then the bank account as in the words and numbers are so large, the font. Feel as if I’m not the only one looking at my account and I have everyone looking at it as well. They should really go back to the drawing board with “new app”

  • New app is horrible

    New app won’t take our passwords and can’t reach anyone by phone to reset them, it says that line is unreachable at the moment one account that we did gain access to did not convert well only some of the labels to different accounts transferred so had to go in look at the transactions of each account and relabel the ones that didn’t come through. The new look is very distracting, we loved the account labels on the previous app with the bold red at the top of each account with the name in the red it was easy to pick which account we needed to work with. We live out of state and have no access to our money because we can’t gain access to our accounts and it’s not like we can walk into the bank to have them fix the problem. Tried to reset the password but it’s connected to an old phone number and won’t send an email to reset. Just a very disappointing update to their services.

  • No access

    Can not set up access to new app even though I followed instructions. Tried several times
  • Temporarily (hopefully) ceased all my cashflow.

    This app has blocked my access to my money. I have no ability to view the current status of my accounts. Money that is inaccessible is worthless. Therefore, this app has robbed my money of any value.
  • Doesn’t work

    The recent update has rendered this app useless. It will not work properly.
  • Layout

    This layout looks awful and the other app was better please just go back to the old app and stop ruining my banking experience with this new update
