Poor launch
I know the logistics of launching a “new” app are more complicated than most probably realize, but there really should’ve been an overlap period between completely cutting off the functionality of the old app and launching the new one given the fact neither is currently available going into the close of business on the day of launch.Show lessJeff Albertson

This app does not work
I can’t login and can’t reset password. My current login and password works fine on the original app though. I don’t understand why they are pushing out this non-working app when the previous one works just fine.OT123446789

Can’t even sign in, have username/password written down and told it’s wrong, try resetting password told my username and phone number are wrong, try to get username, no email received, don’t know why I have to change apps when the last one worked fine for meWelplemmeputthisin
