Buggy
The app is great for accumulating points, but it’s super buggy. It logs me out every time I want to use it and then I put my info in and it says it’s incorrect? Makes no sense lol. And when I want to add something to my cart it glitches and logs me out then I have to restart my entire order.jaleeeleee
Doesn't let you log in
I've had an account for over a year now with many purchases made, so when Kim came out and said previous purchases were going to count towards the rewards program I was so excited. Now everytime I try and log in it gives me an error message. I try changing my password, and it still doesn't work. I wanted to like this app but I just can't be bothered with this bugginess. Doesn’t work
I’ve tried to log in to the app on multiple occasions. Nothing I do is working. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, tried to activate my account just to get an error messages that reads “something went wrong try again later.” I’ve tried requesting a password reset and never get an email for the reset. I’ve reached out to customer service just to be told to “try all of the above again later.” I can’t access the app and I can’t access the website via my account, only as a guest. Seriously needs to be looked into by IT.Itcbitcemi

when i’m scrolling through the app trying to find things i like, there needs to be a liking system. not having those little hearts to click makes the app genuinely unusable for shopping.530.tj
A little confused
I saw from Kim Ks instagram post that she had created an app for SKIMS and that past purchases would be included in our reward system for her brand! Obviously I was excited because I have made lots of purchases and was wanting to explore their new app. When I went to login it said my account wasn’t found. It’s a bit ironic that my login now won’t work for the app but will still work on the website? It’s confusing that the login would work on one platform but not another. I have had an account for sometime before the app. However, I noticed on the app or just going through safari I can’t change my last name to my married last name. Shouldn’t be difficult to update personal details about yourself.Bianca Alyssa G

was just thinking abt how skims should have their own app and my dreams literally came true. the only flaw, in my opinion, is that there is no way to heart/save items for later (like they have on the website) other than that, love itlolaeatschickens
