  • The Arro Credit Card App doesn’t work for me

    I have a Google Chrome Book to download the app on as well as my iPhone & neither of them allow me to log into my Arro account to see if I even have one. The second I enter my information it tells me that my number &/or my email is not valid. They’re both valid. I changed them to try again & I get the same message every time!! I emailed customer several times about My issues with this app/ account & I hear nothing back each time & it’s been almost a year of me trying. Terrible for me. IDK….

  • Grow “lessons” unavailable

    I do like the card. I don’t see any hard inquiries on any of my credit reports, as other reviewers have mentioned. What I do have a gripe with, is that the Growth levels are unusable at the moment. I started on my platinum level, Arro came out with an app update, and now I can’t do anything “growth” related. The CS response email I received, reads as such:

    At this moment we ask for some patience, our internal development teams and engineers are providing some updates to our Grow section of the app that will take a few weeks to complete.

    This update includes some rebalancing of rewards and their requirements as well as a better user interface. This is all being implemented to make the Grow section of the app easier to use and understand for our members.

    I can confirm that once this update is deployed our system should automatically level you up to Platinum.

    A few weeks?!? All this rebalancing and what not should have been done BEFORE releasing a new app version. Would have finished the “investing” lessons by now, and am getting tired of waiting. The previous app worked just fine, and if one wasn’t able to figure out how to use it, they should stick to pen and paper communication.

  • From no credit to Amex Platinum

    When I started with Arro, it wasn’t that I had bad credit; I just didn’t have any credit at all.

    Through their interactive app which gamifies learning about credit and leveling up on my credit score I’ve learnt a ton about managing my money while building my financial future.

    The team, specifically Eddie, has tailored to every need of mine, even when there are glitches with the app.

    They are a startup but doing great by the customers that they serve.

    With the help of Arro, I’ve been able to build my credit tremendously over the last 7 months and have gotten an Amex platinum in addition to my Arro!
