Truly Remarkable

Arro has been a huge help in my life between trying to build credit trying to find a company that would actually give me a chance to prove my ability to pay on time and unexpectedly being able to learn how to properly budget and spend in increasing the level of my available balance is truly something remarkable not a lot of places will allow you to gain more of a balance to use while also learning how to properly manage and spend truly grateful for this company for helping me build myself up to the road of success. Well recommend to anybody who’s serious about getting their financial life back on track. Thanks for everything Arro.

Scam to train AI on banking

No real service provided here. I have no idea what wording was used to get me to share my banking info to this unknown company because it’s definitely not like me to waste my time but they are good at the execution of downloading your banking data and then providing you with $200 credit. Would you let someone into your banking data for $200. No! but somehow people are falling for it and next thing you know AI is making decisions about you based on what it learns along the way. No sharing of data need because AI doesn’t need to violate your rights by sharing the info cause it doesn’t forget what’s it’s learned along the way.

We're all human here at Arro! Unlike most traditional credit card lenders who base their decision solely of an individuals credit score, Arro looks beyond that. To safely establish a connection between your bank and Arro and encrypt your in-transit information, we work with our account connection partner. Since we use Plaid, we don’t need to store your banking credentials on our servers. Connecting your bank securely through our account aggregator allows you to qualify for an initial credit limit on your Arro card. Limits can be increased on day one! Members have 2x their credit limit within the 1st month. If you have further questions about the security of your information, please reach out to our support team and a specialist will be more than happy to assist you.

I hardly ever write reviews but it’s a most I give credit where it’s due!!

I am so happy and pleased with this company I’ve been with them before a lot of upgrades and new features! I’m impressed not only that they have helped me tremendously and help me resolve issues seamlessly! Some company just treat you as another customer and don’t bend or be understanding at all but Arro definitely is different! I feel like I’m valued as a customer! For that reason I’ll continue to do business with them. Not only that they have helped my credit tremendously 🤍

Scam customer service link doesn’t work to cancel.

The good reviews are bots. The customer service email link is bad. When I tried to contact them right away when they offered $25 a joke when there are much better options like kickoff. The customer service will however send you we will screw you credit for seven years if you don’t pay. This is a money grab run away. The positive reviews must be bots I can’t see anyone being happy with this. I also have $3000 with affrim $2500 with four why would I do $25 with a $12 monthly? Only a stupid person would think this is good. Their AI is a nonsense no help joke too.

With Arro, the initial credit limits can begin between $50-$200 and not $25. Our members immediately increase their credit limit on day one of being part of Arro. As we are a credit card and like most lenders must adhere to reporting practices that are required by credit bureaus. This includes but not limited to missed payments on their account. Doesn’t work

The mobile app is good not great it takes a little time for some stuff if not all to load fir example when you log into the mobile app the options are most of the time faded out and takes a little for them to load in-addition to when you also log into the mobile app the Virtual Visa/Mastercard does not work when you call in an order for food and try to give them the Virtual card over the phone the card gets declined the virtual card is to the point to where it’s useless followed by the Arro Mastercard/Credit card every-time I use the card it gets declined at most places which makes no sense because it’s supposed to be a visa/mastercard when I try to buy food most of the time if not all the time the card gets declined

Amazing app! Amazing customer service!

I don’t usually leave reviews unless it’s REALLY BAD ..OR REALLY GOOD. This would be really good. The customer service is amazing as well as the app and card. I highly highly recommend giving this app/card a try ! You can build ur credit amount up and so many other cool things to learn and accomplish.

Great “Credit Builder” Credit Card

I highly recommend this app for anyone who is new to credit or needs to rebuild their credit profile. The first thing I was impressed by was the 16% APR. That’s much better than the 29% - 99% alternatives out there!! 😁 IJS
Tip: Make sure you have at least $50 in a bank account that has frequent deposits when you apply. I was approved for a $50 starting credit limit with a 600 credit score. I already increased my credit limit to $70 by completing the learning activities in the app (which is a VERY COOL FEATURE)!!!!

Arro is great for EVERYBODY

I was very skeptical about this product because of the annual fee and all that, but it’s been a valuable tool in managing my financial health. I’m almost 40 years old and this app has taught me things I never even knew about finances! I recommend this to anybody looking to learn to manage finances - no matter what age. What’s also great is the card has a low Apr to start — only 16% which is roughly HALF the interest of a standard unsecured credit card nowadays. I love how it financially educates you and offers credit limit increases and Apr decreases by completing courses right in the app! Artie, the Arro AI, is also very helpful. You can ask it anything about your account and it’s also very valuable. I highly recommend this card to anybody at any age. It’s never too late to turn things around and learn finances the RIGHT way!

The Arro Credit Card App doesn’t work for me

I have a Google Chrome Book to download the app on as well as my iPhone & neither of them allow me to log into my Arro account to see if I even have one. The second I enter my information it tells me that my number &/or my email is not valid. They’re both valid. I changed them to try again & I get the same message every time!! I emailed customer several times about My issues with this app/ account & I hear nothing back each time & it’s been almost a year of me trying. Terrible for me. IDK….
