Avoid buying ON shoes through the app.
I really like this brand but I never expected the service to resolve a problem so simple like that it will take soo long. Keep on mind, the gift card you can only use online.
I never read the bad reviews on trustpilot of the website/app, I did it after I had the problem.
If you want an advice, DO NOT use the app or website to buy ON products, go directly to any atore and you won’t have problems like I had.

Accessible and easy to use
ON also makes working with, and managing, exchanges/returns a very user friendly experience. I think even more so than when you’re on the web.
I’m finding downloading the mobile app was worthwhile especially if you enjoy the brands products.
