Not worth 10% Anymore
I used to be able to justify the 10% fee they charge on bookings.
However, I can no longer do so because I have had to many accumulated bad experiences with evolve. Too many employees that say one thing and do another. In addition to just lazy work and execution. I have to do everything and fight just to be treated fair. So what am I paying for anymore? I'd rather go with flat fee software and keep more of my hard earned money because everything evolve does seems to go wrong.Developer Response

The app forces an update 80% of the time I login.
Evolve should allow owners price control. The Evolve algorithm may work in high-density areas, but it’s worthless to me. I know when local/regional events are scheduled that could drive up rental fees. It takes Evolve 3-5 days to respond to requests for price changes, which isn’t practical.Developer Response
