  • Not worth 10% Anymore

    I used to be able to justify the 10% fee they charge on bookings.

    However, I can no longer do so because I have had to many accumulated bad experiences with evolve. Too many employees that say one thing and do another. In addition to just lazy work and execution. I have to do everything and fight just to be treated fair. So what am I paying for anymore? I'd rather go with flat fee software and keep more of my hard earned money because everything evolve does seems to go wrong.

  • Constant updates / limited control

    The app forces an update 80% of the time I login.

    Evolve should allow owners price control. The Evolve algorithm may work in high-density areas, but it’s worthless to me. I know when local/regional events are scheduled that could drive up rental fees. It takes Evolve 3-5 days to respond to requests for price changes, which isn’t practical.

  • Great Service

    Evolve Management Company has helped me considerably during our condo renting adventure. They have answered all my questions and continue to guide me along, taking care of many areas of our rental business. I recommend them to many, whom I talk with, that are interested in the rental business. Great job!!

  • Simple and easy

    As an owner I use Evolve to manage my property. 10% is a small price to pay to have them manage, market and promote my property. Additionally, Evolve takes the guess work out the equations. I love the simplicity of their app and how hands off it can be for the owner. Their customer support team either by phone or through their app is responsive and helpful. I have am had ZERO complaints now how smooth things have worked for me. Keep it going Evolve, I’m one satisfied customer

    The EVOLVE team is great with communication and are quick to respond with any queries that I’ve had. They sent out a professional photographer and got photos of my place. They are beyond beautiful!! My only complaint is that I feel that I’m so far down in the list of rentals that I’m not getting enough exposure. That being said, the search area doesn’t allow to just put in an identification number that will take you directly to my listing.

  • Perfect stay

    Our visit to Cocoa Beach was great and our accommodations were amazing. The amenities, the bed, the big screen TV and attention from our hosts was outstanding. We will be back!

  • Awesome service to renters and owners!

    Evolve is phenomenal in every aspect. They have provided me as a property owner force every aspect of quality representation of my property. From the photography of my rental to all aspects of marketing and representation! And I have never had any reports of problems from any of my rental guests! They always feel that Evolve has served their needs and concerns in nothing but a professional manner and never disappointed any if my guests!

    I would give Evolve a rating of twenty stars on a scale of one to ten! I highly recommend Evolve to all considering such vacation rentals! And several friends have used them with great satisfaction!

    Try it, you’ll like them too!

  • Still Waiting

    As far as managing rentals go, the company is great so far. The app on the other hand, not so much. I’ve been getting a log in error since day 1. Called and emailed and supposedly an IT ticket was opened but no one can tell me the status or ever follows up. This part of the company is disappointing
