  • Evolve app

    Even though I downloaded the new app for the required update, it continually asks me to update the app everytime I log on. Each log on it asks for the required update then The App Store only says “open” instead of download because it’s already been downloaded. Everything still works once I’m in, the added step of going to the App Store every time I log in is very inconvenient.

  • Should have listened to my wife

    We began our listing with another company, one that my wife had expressed concerns about, but I didn’t listen. After three months of frustration, we switched to Evolve, the one she felt best about. The contrast exceeded expectations. Immediate bookings, reviews, and return on our investment are just a few of the immediate results we noticed. On top of that, having direct communication with the Evolve partners that take care of our property has been wonderful. We believe, unlike the previous experience, they genuinely care about our property.

  • Have to update every time.

    Every time I open the App it states that I have to update. I can’t go any further until I hit update which takes me to the Apps which literally states I updated 1 day ago. This happens every single time I need to check on rental. I keep telling my wife we need to do this ourselves as I have had quite a few issues over the last two years.

It sounds as if you may be having issues with the old app. As a reminder, we recently launched a brand new app. To fix this issue, please uninstall all Evolve apps you currently have on your device, and reinstall the new app that is the only one available in the app store to ensure you are using the correct one.   • Evolve rental property owner

    We signed up with Evolve in November after renovating our second home and within a couple weeks we had our first renter shortly after another then another . Our home is not in a area for tourism I believe people need rentals just about any area for various reasons ! I don’t expect to rent it year round but evolve has made it simple and profitable enough that we plan on staying onboard . Thank you

  • Glitchy

    The new app is more glitchy and than the previous one. For example, I get an alert than a response was posted to by request. After log in when I go to alerts and click on the response, nothing happens. So I really don’t know which request of mine received the response. Bring back the older app please or fix this.

  • The Pending Poyouts sorted backwards

    Under pending payouts, it’s sorted by default from farthest in the future to most recent. So, if I want to see my next few future pending payouts, I have to use the filter, which is a waste of time. By default it should be sorted by the next payout going forward, like it is on the owner website. please make this fix. thank you.

  • One year homeowner

    I agree the last app was so much better. This one is horrible. It still asks me to update every time I open it. I can’t print anything, no print icon. I haven’t take a screenshot then print. I spend more wasted time maneuvering around the new app

  • Great partner for profitable short term rentals

    It took a lot for us to finally consider short term rental opportunities for our vacation home when we’re not using it to help offset costs. We were extremely skeptical. Evolve has been amazing, starting with months of touching base while we considered it, walking us through the setup process, helping us navigate through local permit and occupancy tax requirements, finding a cleaning partner, and ultimately generating bookings.

    We went live right before Thanksgiving and made more net profit through New Years than we would have expected for many months.

    Yes we’ve had two small damage claims already which although minor were immediately reviewed and reimbursed turning a “what if” concern into a positive actual experience. Evolve’s rates are better then the competition and they only get paid if we get paid so we’re in this together. Looking forward to continuing this longer term.

  • Easy and issue free

    The Evolve application is a great tool to support my needs while away from the computer. It helps me manage my properties, communicate with guests and cleaning / maintenance staff. All the information I need is at my finger tips and is easy to navigate to do what I need to. It makes the experience easy and I have confidence that it will continue to meet my needs.   • Calendar still needs improvement

    We’ve been with evolve for 4 years. While they experienced some growing pains earlier on it seems they’ve hit their stride. We’ve always had solid bookings and they do all the marketing with very little involvement from us. They just upgraded the app which seems much better than the prior version. It loads much faster than old app.

    The calendar is still funky and needs improvement when doing an owner booking.
