  • Give Evolve a Try

    Evolve has a great customer service team. If u call u get a person yes a live person. They listen to u and go right to work on your issue. I have evolve as my property management team and they also do a good job with rentals. Yes every so often there May be an issue but one phone call and they are right to work on the issue. I have used other rental companies and never been as pleased as I am with Evolve. Try it guaranteed you will be pleased

  • Helps save the owner time

    We have 1 property that we rent when not using. This is our 1st time doing this and are going into our 3rd season. So far this has been a good experience. We have no complaints. We like the fact that we don’t have to pursue guests, the photographs are great and they do the advertising on more than one site. The property is insured against loss from guests ( haven’t used the is yet). They found us a qualified housekeeper. We don’t have to exchange money directly. To us, this is worth the 10%.

  • Fix your app before you loose business

    The old version is better, easier to access, gives alerts and allows a customer to manage their accounts with accuracy and timeliness. This new version is difficult to maneuver for all the previously stated issues by other reviewers. More concerning, no one seems to have addressed these concerns by now. Therefore, this leaves a consumer to consider the competition. No one has the luxury of mismanagement or unaddressed issues with an app or their properties. There is little, to no room, for forgiveness in this industry with guests.

  • Account update

    I have been trying repeatedly to update. I cannot proceed to use your service if I can't update. When I follow your instructions, it leads to a dead end - there is no option to update.

We recommend deleting all Evolve apps you have downloaded on your device and re-installing the one app that is available in the app store to ensure you are utilizing the new app. The newer version is the only one available in the app store so this should resolve the issue you are experiencing.   • Can’t open

    All of a sudden the app says I must update. When it redirects me it doesn’t show the ability to update! It just says open an then goes back to the must update message again. None of my mobile Apple devices are able to access the app now

  • Old App is better

    With all the money and resources evolve has they can come up with a better app.

    The old one although slow and glitchy at times had a better layout and flow than the new app. The numbers which most people care about should be a widget on the login dashboard like the old app to easily toggle month to date earnings etc.

    Now you have to go to the reports page and custom filter the dates just to see MTF earnings which is too involved and unnecessary. Definitely a step back and not an improvement.

  • Evolve App

    Not sure what you were hoping to accomplish with the new APP… but it’s like getting a new car & you hate it driving it.

  • Endless loop

    Every time I open the app I have to update it so I update and open again and it still says to update. So I removed the app, tried again and get the same thing.

It sounds as if you may be receiving update notifications within the old app (brighter app icon) as the new app (darker app icon) will not replace the old one on your device. We recommend ensuring that the old app is deleted from your device so that you are only utilizing the new app. This should prevent the update notifications moving forward.
