Disappointing experience

This app is frustrating and time-consuming , as entering all the data takes too long. It congratulates me for things I didn’t even track—like staying away from coffee—just because I didn’t input the data. It doesn’t provide accurate insights; it only reflects what you manually enter. On top of that, I was charged for extra months I didn’t authorise, and the company refuses to issue a refund. Overall, disappointing experience.

Predatory Scam (zero stars if I could)

I didn’t subscribe for a long term plan. They offered a 5 day plan (which I payed for, then deleted my account and app), and without confirming they signed me up for a long term plan (I was charged additional even then). They will charge you, then refuse to give a refund even when you don’t use and remove app from phone. They asume as a procrastinator you won’t go through with trying to get your money back. They also make it extremely difficult to find terms and conditions, which I’m trying to do now to be able to submit a claim to my bank. Don’t even do it, not worth it!

Deceptive App - Don’t do it!!

There are many reviews on here that will tell you about the experience of being told about a free trial and then a deceptive $30 charge a month later. It’s very hard to get a hold of their customer service. They will decline any request for a refund, even though you have not used the service, this is a borderline fraudulent practice.

I’ve experimented with a lot of apps that provide great services and great value. This is NOT one of them. I would highly caution anyone to move forward with Brainway.

Zero stars unfortunately not possible

Terrible pointless app, took my money as I made a purchase by accident. Reading the reviews I can see I’m not the only one. Probably the worst app I’ve used and so far customer service has been awful too

Fraudulent Company Sells 7 day fixed plans for $7, then Auto-Charges Credit Card for $31

Brainway has fraudulently charged my credit card for $31 after I purchased a one-time 7 day service for $6 as advertised on Instagram. Brainway has refused to refund my money and I am now reporting them for fraud. I believe this practice of credit card fraud is widespread at Brainway and they have ceased communications after sending me their template no refunds email, and kept my money. Virtually no information on their website or app other than "no refunds". Will be alerting BBB, and other authorities.

It's a great app

I never realized what a huge driver of procrastination was my anxiety. I’ve seen a huge improvement in both my mental health and productivity since using Brainway, thank you.

Great app to improve your life

The app is great if you are having problems getting into a healthy lifestyle, it has great tutorials and tips on how to be mentally healthy, great for all you over thinkers!

Unhappy and no refund

Really unhappy as I did not find anything helpful in the app..
and there is no refund though I have requested immediately after looking at the app.
Also for a person who is unable to focus I don’t see anything helpful expect wasting time to look through the app think of trying to use it..

Not useful as expected

It wasn’t very precessional and it need you to contact their customer service to cancel your subscription instead of cancel it in the app
