Couldn’t use the app🤦🏽‍♀️

I downloaded the app to try the free trial. After downloading and signing in, I was brought to a screen instructing me to select what I will track, but there wasn’t anything to select! I closed out the app, waited some time, logged in again…same result. I tried this multiple times and nothing. I remained stuck on this screen with no options, couldn’t hit “continue”, just nothing.🤦🏽‍♀️

Don’t waste your money

Little more than a journaling app. Doesn’t follow through on most of their promises and will lie to you telling you they’ve cancelled your subscription. Make sure you cancel any recurring billing yourself.

Scam charge

I paid for a week test subscription and they automatically charged me for a month. I reached out to support to cancel my subscription (the only way you can cancel by the way) and still haven’t got my money back yet. These type of practices automatically make me want to stop using an app; it feels like a scam.

They stole my money

I subscribed Brainway for 7 days plan. I paid almost $10. In 6th days, they withdrew my money from my account without any consent. It was almost $42. I didn’t subscribe anything, I didn’t do anything. They told me “they cancelled the new subscription- that I didn’t do. But they can not refund my money back “ Hey, you can not take my money without my consent !!!! They stole my money !!!!!!!!!

Sadly, didn't help.
Full of good points and guides for anyone who might have only become a procrastinator in recent years, perhaps unlikely. However, I've suffered this all my life, so these "lessons" were more like having a training course to do a job I've been doing for 30 years already. It didn't help with the distraction, but just used 20 minutes of my day today using the app. Thanks, but not for me.

Fraud

This app is a fraud. Make you to pay ~7$ for a one week trial and then charge you for unknow periods. You can not see your membership status on the app. You can cancel either. You have to email them and trust them that everything is canceled. I wish you a good luck they don’t charge you again. You never know. Do not give your credit card number to them.

Not what you think it is

The marketing is really good but it makes you think your getting something which your not. Most of the stuff the app offers you can get from free apps….i had the app for all of 30 mins before I realized I made a bad purchase, requested a refund since it hadn’t even been an hour and they denied my request.

Not really useful No refund policy

It’s not nice to catch your eye with some marketing strategy and then no refund policy for not useful subscription.

Terrible

I purchased this app for $6 and was planning to give it a try later in the week. 4 or 5 days later, I’m charged $39, didn’t have any warning about this and the customer service team won’t get back to me after several attempts.

BEWARE Scam app that subscribes you unsuspectedly

I signed up and paid for a limited time plan (one month), not for a subscription. This publisher turned it into a subscription at the end of my plan and charged me $30 then ignored my request for a refund even though I never subscribed and in fact never used the product. The support team was responsive but in the end chose t gaslight me. Their subscription model bypassed the secure Apple process, otherwise, I would have been informed. There is no UX to verify your current service plan or even to unsubscribe within the app, which is the mark of a scam or at least very deceptive business practices.

My advice is that you do not engage in business with this publisher unless you like to be charged money unsuspectedly. Besides, a quick look at the app once installed showed me that it was poorly designed, i.e. overly complicated, and therefore not one that I would use, so I never used it.

In summary, do not install this app and sign up for an account or you will regret it. Reported to Apple, the FCC, and the BBB. The publisher is in Estonia so it is not a US-based company, just FYI.
