Carnival barkers
This is gambling run by carnival barkers. Watch them yell and scream about how great even the most average hit is. I had one company on the app even send me somebody else’s cards instead of mine. I did the legwork to rewatch streams and figure out where they belonged, but even getting a response from these snake oil salesmen is like pulling teeth. Stay far away.

Fantastic , transparent app, we really see involving the collectors, and athletes together. The amount of advertising they are doing to get new collectors into the hobby as well, is awesome to see. 5/5, the future is bright for Fanatics Live.,

Love it - but develop a replay feature.
Really like the interactivity of the app, but one thing we really need is the ability to pause and rewatch breaks as not everyone can watch live. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Absolutely Horrible
Horrible Customer Service. I have been waiting 5 days for that 24-72 hour follow up. Everybody just passes the buck. I bring them business with the invite a friend pro, and then they lock up my FanCash and won’t let me link it with my retail account. Have talked with over 10+ agents and nobody helps. It’s utter negligence and completely unprofessional.

Best online "Breaking" applications out there!
I've had the best experience buying into breaks throughout all applications that exist. Love getting very card I've won! Everybody has been exceptional in regard to manners and content as well. Finally, although it's a large company doing it, it's being done correctly. Thank you Fanatics, Filthbomb Stephen, Mike and the guys. Thanks to the entire crew at Monster Card Shop! You guys really are the epitome of this industry!

Live recordings and push notifications.
I missed two breaks yesterday. I spent thousands of dollars and have no idea who or if I hit anything. Live recordings are a must. Secondarily we can’t all Sit around for hours and wait for breaks to fill. Once a break fills a push notification on a break you are in would be ideal. The first obviously takes care of the second.

Solid debut
Great debut, but some changes definitely needed going forward.
There should be a way to alert customers when their break is happening. Customers should have the option to come and go as they please, without having to wait too long before a break.

Good Start
I feel this platform has a good start. Still needs to have some stuff fixed, added, to be the superior product. I like it and will continue to use it. I hope they grow it
Great opening salvo
It’s a new app, so there are plenty of learning curves. But overall it’s a great start. Once you start to pick up on how it works, it’s great. As new sellers join and bugs fixed it will be even better.

I have a long list of better breakers offering better prices and a much better experience than anything I have witnessed on here. If this is the future of breaking, congratulations to you all for ruining it. This is sooo bad- I feel embarrassed for those who had a part in this premature launch.
