Easy to use/navigate app! Great customer support when I needed it. Love the new app’s aesthetic.Bring Back Old Deposit Feature
The latest version makes you take more steps to deposit checks via your smartphone, and when it gets to the photo taking, it rejects the photos no matter how many times you retake the photo.Terrible
This app is trash. The only reason I gave it two starts instead of one is because my dad can transfer money into my youth account, but it never loads even when I’m connected to stable internet, and the features are very limited. I have a savings account on a different app, but I cannot transfer money from my anb account to my saving account from the anb app. This just feels like a basic feature all banking apps should haveShow lessSo far so good
First thing, I use Apple MacBookAir M1 for all of my banking on the ANB website. The transition to the new website went perfect except for the bill pay. I was told that the new website bill pay did not like the Safari browser and I would have to use Google Chrome or another browser I had never heard of before. I saw the reviews and questioned a representative at ANB, but they told me that an update to the app had been performed. I was reluctant to use an app, but this morning I decided to try it and put it on my ipad. It worked perfect and all of my information on my payee’s was there. The old app was bad. I agree it needed replacing. But I haven’t been able to get into the new one. Decided to delete and reinstall. Didn't accept my old password, it didn’t send me a text or email to update. Altogether useless. Honestly makes me want to change banks.ANB, you can do better!
Very limited in features and functionality compared to most other banking apps! I understand ANB isn't Bank of America or JPMorgan, thus their amount of available resources to put into an app and online banking is less in comparison to those larger institutions. However, it is 2023 and we live in a technological world where things like having a basic, functioning UI; external transfers (EFT); and Zelle (or equivalent) should be standard. I don't think this new app is any better, almost worse in some ways. ANB, you can do better!Show lessNot a good app!
The previous app was so much better! I don’t know why they switched. I don’t think the full app installed; I don’t have the teal colored top bar like in the pics, mine is just white so I can’t see any icons across the top of the app when I’m logged in. Half the time I can’t get get logged in I get a spinning wheel and/or a ‘please wait’. Navigation is much more difficult. There isn’t a search feature. Unless it’s an icon at the top that I can’t see because my screen is white across the top instead of teal like it should be. Where are all the same features the previous app had? Major step back! It seems like a beta version to me.Show lessVery disappointing

I have been on the phone for a total of over 4 hours and ANB customer service cannot get me logged into the NEW app. This is also the sixth day of dealing with this. Not sure why they had to switch apps. The other one was actually working. And just now, their customer service line no longer works.Transitional Anomalies
I consider myself a very patient understanding, and technically savvy individual. However, this is the third day that I’ve waited to reset my password left on hold indefinitely told I would be called back 45th in line with Customer Service …..grrrr
