Not good
The new app is just as bad as their dumb tv and radio commercials. And talk about an awful roll out. And then they were ridiculous enough to use the same stupid “true blue online” instead of you know, the actual bank name.

I love the new updated! It’s so much more user friendly and can do more with the new app!
Terrible for iPad
I haven’t seen it on my phone yet, but they need to improve how it displays on the iPad. Very difficult to see/navigate due to it’s glitches with size/orientation. It’s just not easy to get around. I don’t see the advantages. Looking forward to an update already.
They messed this one up
Whew! This app is not good one bit. Super laggy and not easy to use. Most likely switching banks after this update. They went way too fancy and made an app that doesn’t work for how their customers want. Bye Cap Fed!

Horrible for iPad!
As others have already said, this app is almost unusable when running on an iPad. Contacted support and they were no help at all and seemingly do not understand or even recognize the problem.
Talked with them about hiding accounts (as was available in the old system) and it seems that cannot happen. As far as I’m concerned, this new system is a huge step back in functionality. Since they said they beta tested the new new system before deployment, how in the heck did they miss these big issues!

Not great
This new app is not that great. I like that you can see transaction sooner than you had previously been able to do to processing time meaning that you can see your pending transactions almost immediately. However, I didn’t like not being able to access my accounts or information for several days, so hopefully they never do this again. Additionally, no one seems to know anything about this new app or how it works or even how to do the old functions at the bank. Seems like there should’ve been more training for the staff on that end. As far as the app goes it loads entirely too slow even with all the accelerated traffic, the app could’ve been built in a way that it wouldn’t have been overwhelmed. Also, I don’t know why they would change things and then take away functions that people need. In this instance, they decided to unhide accounts that I have closed and not give me an option to hide them. Overall, this is the first time in the last few years that I have been completely disappointed with this bank. Their customer service through this transition has sucked and is not service at all. I was basically told at the branch that they couldn’t help me with issues that I was having and questions that I had on my accounts, and basically to leave without being helped.

Has a vision
The app has a good start and many features, but isn’t very intuitive. There are unnecessary photos,that follow you to every page.
To me it’s nice but they could go back and clean up the app a bit and consolidate.

Dumb
After successfully logging in to this “new” app, I have to put in my DOB and SSN? Why? App looks and feels like a scam, even more than the old one. No thank you I guess I’ll just use their crappy website
New app review
New interface is not user friendly at all. Unlike the old version. Why change something that was already practical to this new nonsense?
