So I ordered at 12:55. Had to park and wait around. They couldn’t find my order and I just got it at 1:40 pm. It’s a cluster since it’s no longer inside seating and not a real drive through
awful app compared to the old web experience
Die-hard CCC customer here, and they have really blown it with the app, which is so much harder to use than the old web-based flow. Please at least restore feature parity because in the meantime it’s hard to get an order through.
Doesn’t work properly
Your app doesn’t even work. I had to complete the order twice and each time it got frozen. Wasting my time

App was recently updated and you have to create a new account and it won’t let you add notes on your order
I had a terrible experience with this app
I tried to put in my credit card information over and over and hit place order. It wouldn’t do it. I had to use two different cards end up taking me 20 minutes to order a $15 salad ridiculous

Old app was better
It won’t let me log in or reset my password in the new app and I’m really disappointed in that.

Why can’t a company this size pay for an app that works? I didn’t like the previous app, but it was at least functional.
