New update is terrible
The new app is terrible. It’s clunky and wasn’t beta tested enough. I’ve given up trying to sign into my account. It never works. I had so much trouble ordering I called the store to place an order. It wouldn’t let me. There was a recording that told me to use (the unusable) app and hung up.

It’s so ANNOYING how they keep changing the apps, it’s such a pain to place an order. If I didn’t like the chicken so much I would never order from this cafe

Restaurant needs to go back to normal. This Covid operation should be over ready.
App update loses your account ! Can’t sign in!
They updated the app since the new year and now you can’t sign in you can’t reset the password. You guys are really bad in the technology department you need to fix it so we can get our food. So frustrating that I have to call to make an order now.
New app OK, no backfill of previous user data
The new app seems to work OK. However, the developers did not backfill the user data which includes previous orders, payment info, login, credentials, etc. from the old app to the new app. That made logging into the new app and using the new app for the first time a painful experience.
