New update is terrible
The new app is terrible. It’s clunky and wasn’t beta tested enough. I’ve given up trying to sign into my account. It never works. I had so much trouble ordering I called the store to place an order. It wouldn’t let me. There was a recording that told me to use (the unusable) app and hung up.Jmkdiva

App update loses your account ! Can’t sign in!
They updated the app since the new year and now you can’t sign in you can’t reset the password. You guys are really bad in the technology department you need to fix it so we can get our food. So frustrating that I have to call to make an order now.DJ Dave Dolphin
New app OK, no backfill of previous user data
The new app seems to work OK. However, the developers did not backfill the user data which includes previous orders, payment info, login, credentials, etc. from the old app to the new app. That made logging into the new app and using the new app for the first time a painful experience.slsolomon 'at' earthlink.net

Ordering at Calif Chicken Cafe has never been easier with this update and app. Love all the new features CCC added. The ordering process is so much better and finally is as easy as ordering on Amazon now. Thank you for this update and serving the best food in LA!!!trojan123456789
