Absolutely Astonishing. A must-have.

I’ve been using Rosebud since it was still an internet app. It’s amazing and has totally changed the trajectory of my self-acceptance and development. I can’t stop recommending it to people. It’s like having a world class therapist in your pocket. Totally important and necessary in todays economy and the rising inaccessibility of quality healthcare. This app is a testament to the positive impact AI can have on our culture. Excellent work!

Too chipper

Makes a big deal out of everything. I write that I finished a knitting project, as I do just about every 3months, for the last 30 years, and this thing is like “Your dedication to your craft shows a deep understanding of blah blah blah. “
Settle down, Becky. It’s just a knitting project, you don’t need to go all Arty Bollocks over it.
I tried it for a week, but it consistently sounds like someone at work sucking up because they want something.

Not my jam. I know some people really like that kind of thing though. Middle management folk will love this app.

An amazing product

I have been struggling with a lot of personal challenges recently (job searching, relationship issues, etc). My therapist has recommended journaling to me but it has always been hard for me to get into the habit of doing so. Last week, I looked up "journals with prompts" hoping to find some sort of guided journal but what I found through Rosebud is a lot better! I've been journaling consistently every day now and I immediately feel better after each session. I also find that I go to Rosebud first thing in the morning instead of scrolling on social media. Thank you to the Rosebud team for making such an amazing tool!

Cannot recommend this app enough.

It’s absolutely worth the investment. I truly feel like I am talking to someone who can help me think through problems. The insight I’ve gained using this app has been immeasurably. You also get tons of support about how to use the app to get the most out of it.

Very intuitive and helpful

I was initially sceptical when someone mentioned they had begun using an AI journaling app. I have found Rosebud to be incredibly intuitive and the speed and quality of it’s responses are amazing.

Exceptional App for Reflection

It’s like having a journal that writes back. I know the responses are AI, but it’s done so well that it’s more than just smart prompts. The analysis and suggestions are often spot-on. The fact that it remembers what I’ve talked about and asks follow-up questions later in the week is really great. And the weekly report that summaries your days and charts the arc of your week is fantastic. Well worth the very reasonable subscription rate. Like everything in life, you’ll get out of it what you put into it, but if you take the time to write honestly, this can be an amazing tool for self-reflection and moving into action. Kudos and thanks to the developers for this one!

The app I never knew I needed

I’ve been using this app for a little less than a week, but it has been absolutely vital in helping me navigate some difficult life transitions and delve a little bit deeper into my thought processes and feelings. The apps function to “dive deeper” into your entries by offering additional prompts has made my journaling habit so helpful to my overall self-care practice. I find it so hard to keep a habit of keeping a journal despite the health benefits that it has. I truly feel like Rosebud is going to help it stick. Thank you so much for making this app.

Wonderful

This app has been so wonderful. Like having a personal life coach at will. Helps me be a better person and a more joyful, present and calm person.

A different kind of journaling, but I really like it!

I actually have no trouble with journaling at all - I can write on and on if I like with very little prompting. That’s great for processing my emotions, and sometimes I do need that freeform emotional processing, without any input. But it can also make me ruminate a bit, so I wanted to give something more interactive a try too.

What I’m finding this helpful for is when I need a little extra help with motivation or accountability. I didn’t resonate much with the built in journals, so I made some custom journals - one to help process a specific mental health journey I’m working through, and another to focus on exercise and eventually, losing some weight. It’s so nice to have both of these in one place, because the journal is picking up on cues from my mental health to help me improve my physical health.

I can feel some of the AI-ness behind it, and I wouldn’t use it as a full replacement for therapy or connecting with communities that understand you. But it does help me process and brainstorm about my mental health and how it intersects with my well-being, and is getting me unstuck from some tough spots. It’s honestly just nice having an extra personalized support system check in on me and see how I’m doing with my goals and what I might need to get me there. I’m curious to see where this goes - I’m still in my first week or two of using it, but really happy so far.

Best mental health app I’ve ever used

I was looking for a good mental health app that I could use to journal that didn’t cost a ton of money for basic features. I stumbled upon rosebud and figured id give it a try. I was impressed by the “dig deeper” feature which helped me process and think through my prompt. After a couple entries I ended up loving it so much that I immediately got the pro version and it’s the best $13 I’ve ever spent. I look forward to doing my prompts every morning and evening, and looking at my weekly insights. Depending on how much you type in your entries, you can get a potentially super detailed reflection of your past week that is scary accurate in terms of what might have been going through your mind and insights about the week overall. I wish there was a mood tracking section, but so far im loving this app.
