Cannot login
Recently, I haven't been able to access my account via the app, nor does it give any notifications even while I have the notification on for this app.
The app needs so much work and the prices are not competitive or even worthwhile, after your promotion is over.

We'd also like to offer our assistance in reviewing your account with you to see why you were unable to access your account through the app (it might be an account linkage issue, which we have a fix for).
