The App allows you a growing set of options for self-service, including:
• View & pay bill
• Set up/manage automatic payments
• Compare past bills
• Appointments/Service: View, reschedule or cancel
• View pending orders and track progress
• Upgrade service speed without a phone call (and, in some cases, without new equipment)
• Chat with live agents
• Update profile information, add users, or link additional Ziply Fiber service accounts
• See top troubleshooting solutions
• Get notified when Fiber is available at your address

This app doesn’t work anymore. Not sure what happened
I link my account in the app but it keeps wiping it out and I can’t access anything anymore. Horrible!
