Outage map keeps reverting
We had a power outage and I found a very annoying “feature” in the outage map. The default view is a very wide one if the entire Puget Sound region. It lets me pinch and zoom to the area I’m interested in, but within seconds, the map reverts back to the default view.
Horrible app.
Youd think the convenience of the internet would be great for a power bill….. this app is not the case. Literally constantly logs me out regardless of clicking KEEP ME SIGNED IN. It always says “system issues” never lets me log in etc. so i am constantly late to paying my power bill. Think of something better… do something else! Come on!!

Login issues
It amazes me how poor this app is at a simple task. All I want to do is login, preferably with faceID, to check on usage. Every time it’s taking many steps to setup faceID or ask the app to remember my account information only to repeat the steps the next time. Why do I bother with this. It’s only compounded by the app sometimes redirects me to the website to do the same steps. Bottom line, just go through the same inconveniences on the website and don’t use the app.
