  • Never seems to work

    I’ve had more difficulties with this new app than I ever did with the old one. Ever since they switched, I have had so many difficulties accessing my account information. I open the app and go to log in, and after facial recognition it’ll be forever stuck on the loading screen. I will try closing out and reopening the app several times before finally giving up, so I’m never able to actually log in to my account to view anything like my balance or statements, etc. Some days I’ll get lucky so I can track my account details, but they are becoming few and far between.

  • Very frustrating

    The app will never load into my accounts. It sits on the page forever and never actually loads.

    This is the slowest app on my phone.

    The application is poor, freezes constantly and billing pay is really clunky. It’s not worth downloading.
  • This app is awful.

    I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall three times because it keeps unlinking my accounts and every time I call someone I just get told to delete the app and download again. So so so frustrating and annoying.
  • Please fix mobile deposit

    i will switch banks if this isn’t fixed. unbelievably frustrating i can’t deposit checks on my phone.

  • Login problems

    I could not login originally when I first downloaded the new app. Found out because they apparently changed the criteria for log in ID so had to create a new ID & password. I mean the new app is fine but not sure what is better about it. The login in problem wasn’t the end of the world but just another PITA interweb problem to deal with…*sigh*

  • Absolutely driving me mad

    I had to waste tons of energy trying to do easy tasks that the app seems to support just to find out it does not again and again. I can’t even transfer payment or use the card control section.
  • Hard to navigate

    Very difficult to load and very time consuming to use.

    Every time I open it directs me to a new version. Waste of time
