    what a terrible app. fix your mobile deposit capabilities.

  • New NBM App

    I am enjoying all the features the app is offering especially the “finance tools” section! It’s helpful to see my various categories of spending and where I can make changes to improve my financial health.

  • Not working for me

    This new app seems clunkier than the old one.
    There may be some advantage for the bank but there is none for this customer. I don’t know why this company can’t iron out the kinks before putting up the new app.

    Unable to quickly view account balances. Not user friendly compared to the old app.

    Thank you for trying out the new app, and sorry you had difficulties. You can view your account balances on the account tiles from the homepage. You can also enable Quick Balance by going to Settings > Mobile Quick Balance Enrollment. This will allow you to see your balance without logging in if you choose to turn it on. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
