Cancel subscription

I want to cancel my subscription but can’t find an option to do so

Open the Settings app. 2. Tap your name. 3. Tap Subscriptions. 4. Tap the subscription. 5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. Charge for subscription

I click on free 3 days trail and after some time I got an email that my subscription is successful for $39. Fraud!

Hello there, We apologize for the confusion. Kindly note that the free trial is followed by a full subscription. This is how it works on AppStore. To avoid any further charges, the subscription should be canceled in the Apple ID settings: 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Tap your name. 3. Tap Subscriptions. 4. Tap the subscription. 5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. Lost my recording

I had a recording and it was being subscribed but nothing saved what a waste of money

Among unhappy customers

This is not a user friendly recording app. I have made many recordings but am unable to find where they went. Under my records it says I have zero. Extremely frustrating b/c those recordings are lost. I have been trying to find guidance but can’t find any online. Shop around. There are much better apps available.

Can’t access support

Using for transcribing but it only did a few minutes and showed an error. Not sure how to access support with nothing but terms on the developer website. Seems like it would otherwise be a good app if I can get it to work

You can’t do anything with this app unless you pay. Misleading.

Important functions missing

This app is automatically provided on an iPhone, and that has been perhaps the single reason I use it. For true usability, I am now looking for a voice recording app that has these features: • Good perception of primary source v. background noise • Automatic pause when silence occurs • Manual pause without stopping the recording • Appending new material to an existing recording • Detection of language during transcription So far this app does not meet those basic requirements.

No good

Files too big to send anywhere and doesn’t transcript all of recording. I cannot see how you cancel subscription. I don’t want to start paying it after 3 days. Please advise.

Starts charging you $39.54 no warning useless app

Downloaded this app to see if I could transcribe voice recordings. This app has next to no features. It automatically subscribed itself and started taking out $40 per month when they have nothing to offer! Doesn’t even have a profile page on the app. No where to see what “membership” you have. All in all it’s like a shelf app that you won’t notice is charging you.
