I purchased this app a couple of days ago and used it about 10 times. I thought, man, this awesome, but noticed it stops transcribing around 15 minutes into the recording. And then during a critical meeting it stopped altogether and told me I must download an update. Which I did. Next it acted like a brand new app and wanted me to purchase it again. I lost all my previous recordings. Obviously it doesn’t really work. But in addition to these 2 errors, it also would not work across devices. After I had purchased it for my iPhone, I also wanted it for my iPad, but nope. It wanted me to purchase it again.

This app does not work. It’s a little frustrating to record something that you think is going to be translated and have it stuck on this app. I would’ve used a different app that actually worked if I would’ve known.

Voice Recorder-Audio Memos App team.There’s a relatively inexpensive subscription option (why not just a modest one-time fee?) but the free trial goes to an expensive yearly subscription after just a few days—and so far, the only way I can see to unsubscribe is through Apple, which has always been and continues to be unwieldy. It seems to have been set up for, as Elvis Costello might say, “accidental purchase.” And that’s exactly what it was in my case, as I was actually looking for the Sound Recorder app, which is good and free—or at least it was last time I installed it.

Voice Recorder-Audio Memos App team.they’ve made this app to where you sign up for a free trial but when you go to cancel it, it keeps freezing and it won’t let you cancel and you can’t talk to customer service. I’ve already gotten charged two months and I didn’t want even one month. The features were not great enough to even have to pay for this! This should be free! It's like there's no way to communicate with them!

This should be treated the same as using a calculator, taking photos, recording videos, and making phone calls - a basic tool. It’s part of what you pay for when you purchase the $1k phone

Voice Recorder-Audio Memos App team.Despite there being instructions on how to unsubscribe to this after your three day trial this is only my first day by the way, there is no link in Settings to do such a thing. Take this as my written request to cancel this subscription as it is not what I thought it was.I have that that right because this is only day two. What else could I have done? When there is no link on the app to do such a thing even though it says there is. I would not recommend this to anyone.
