There is no transcript Even when the audio is recorded. This has happened to me a few times this week.

Did a free trial testing out the app (which i barely intended on using) only to see that y’all randomly charged my card for 25$

Voice Recorder－Audio Memos App team.For any setting where there are non American accents, this app and option is not the best fit. Transcription missed 80% of interview. For American audience and speakers I heard a winner.

Voice Recorder－Audio Memos App team.The preview page on the app makes it look as if the transcription will differentiate between the different voices on a conference call. This is false advertisement as it does not work this way and it actually misses a lot of the conversation in the transcription. Also no instructions or recommendations in the app. No idea what I just paid $34 for.
How does one get a refund? I’ve had it less than a week and flat out does not work as advertised.
