Easy Payments!
I’ve been very pleased with the UHM app! I was super excited to be able to have an easy way to make my mortgage payments. Everything has run smoothly. Payments have been applied properly. Portal Not Working
We used the new portal twice in December to make our December payment. Each time the payment rejected. I called Customer Service and was assured the second payment would go through. It did not. I just paid 2 payments on my account. I'm not hopeful it will work either and your customer service wait time is in excess of an hour. I don't want this issue affecting my credit history, incur a late charge or affect my relationship with UHM since we have paid online for 4 years with no problem until this change.Joey Leon Leigh
