It should hold your bank information and card number, instead of going thru all of that again.
Portal Not Working
We used the new portal twice in December to make our December payment. Each time the payment rejected. I called Customer Service and was assured the second payment would go through. It did not. I just paid 2 payments on my account. I'm not hopeful it will work either and your customer service wait time is in excess of an hour. I don't want this issue affecting my credit history, incur a late charge or affect my relationship with UHM since we have paid online for 4 years with no problem until this change.

The process of making a payment was fast and easy and this was my first time using the app.
They need to take lessons from USAA.
They need to take lessons from USAA. If there is a mistake they provide little clues to what has gone wrong. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I am so excited to have an app that I can easily pay my house loan on my phone. The automated system wasn't bad, but now the ease and convenience of logging into the app and being able to make my payment with a few clicks is a game changer.
