App is broken
The app has always worked fine up until the last couple of weeks, now it won’t let me log in saying my “email or password is incorrect”… but I can log into the website with the same details just fine. I would just use the website instead but it won’t load the whole of my wishlist (will only load about 5 items) and says “error loading wishlist” at the bottom of the page. Unusuable
Downloaded to benefit from the 10% app discount however you can’t add anything to basket! Clicking on items loads a blank scroll page only consisting of photos no other options to add to basket or select size. Need to add to favourites in order to add to cart, but then can’t select size to do so. The select size option clicks and then greys out no pop up box appears whatsoever. Actually can’t add to cart or checkout, was just about to place a £230 order but then saw I could get 10% off by downloading the app. As it’s unusable and I can’t claim the added discount I’m not going to bother!Show lesschelseapritchard30
Doesn’t Work!
I have tried to sign in several times and I just get sent back to the same screen over and over again. I can’t add to my favorites because I can’t log in. I can’t do a lot of things because I CANNOT LOGIN!FishPasste34
Glitches
The app doesn’t work properly. It keeps freezing and crashing. I can’t even add anything to cart because it doesn’t give me the option to. Definitely needs to be worked on.Lunita_x
Bug fix needed
I’ve had to delete the app. Unfortunately the last update meant nothing at the bottom of items pages loads: sizes, prices, buttons. It’s just a blank screen. Deleted and re-downloaded but nothing works.rsnnfy
Site doesn’t work
It won’t let me create a log in. I bought something off the app and I haven’t gotten anything saying I bought it so I don’t even know if they got it. A little unnerving spending money on a site that may or may not work.darkeggy
Favorites leaves room for improvement
The favorites feature is one of my favorites and I use it to wishlist items to then narrow down for my cart. It’s a little buggy and the last few times I’ve used the app the Mimic (good one) sweater multiplies in the favorites every time I open it. And an archive list of purchased items to view as a personal closet would be nice when pairing items together for styling.Show lessTweibs

I like having apps for shops I use all the time but this one is so bugged out. Seen complaints dating back months so I guess they’re not gonna bother to fix itsomeamorplease
App crashes
Love the store. But the app needs a lot of work it crashes a lot and has to be deleted and reloaded constantly. Very frustrating when trying to shop. 😫Mcr1313
Login and Favorites
I can’t login to my account and nothing ever saves when I add it to my favorites. I was excited for this app but it definitely needs to be fixed to improve user experience.Madelivia
