Problem with orders
This was the worst ! Placed my order after Xmas when it was time for you order . It took the money from my account but never gave a confirmation number . So I called after a hour wait they had to issue a refund but my items were never ordered. To top off a bad experience Lush could not place my order for me and of course when I went to order all the sets were gone . Every year I seem to have issues with this . So frustrating I was able to buy some bubble bears at 1/2 price got 4 and still got stuck with the 8.00 free to deliver .
I m on a budget so I usually buy these after Xmas last year it was so messed up i didn’t get anything. For the money they make you would think they could get it right for the customers
