Is lush going out of business?
The app AND website are completely nonfunctional. An endless scroll app and website that only display a few products and does not have any links to categories or other products is completely useless. I do not understand why a company that sells products would not give a bar at the top with categories for their products. Do they only want to sell the 3 products listed? I’m genuinely so confused if they are going bankrupt or shutting down because there’s no other reason for not having a website to order the products they make. They are an amazing company!!!
Personally, I love this company and their products a lot. When I enter one of their stores it’s always an amazing experience, leaving me wanting to come back. They not only are organic, in biodegradable containers or containers you can bring back for free things and are cruelty free they also fight animal cruelty! The only suggestions I would have for them is to have more of the products available online as-well as information about whether the scent is safe for animals to be around :) overall I 150% recommend this company to buy from as they have a large selection of things so you can probably find what you need 😁Show lessJinxedrevenge
Irritating
I was in the middle of booking a spa date (selecting a date and a therapist). when the app said I needed to update it. I did and everything I had done just disappeared. I checked the app and online, everywhere says I should book on the new app. I can’t. It says my spa choice is unavailable. There is no function for booking. I shouldn’t have updated the app for a lousy £3 credit. Instead, I’ve spent an hour trying to find the place on the app where I am supposed to be able to book. Yes, I know I can ring the shop but I’m irritated that the app was doing what I wanted and I updated it and now it doesn’t do what I want even though it says that I can.Show lessteresamc56
SUCKS
This app is awful, the layout itself is very unpleasant and difficult to search things. The WORST part, is when I go to check out it says my location is « undeliverable »which I know is incorrect as with the old app I could deliver things anywhere in my city, and they won’t explain why.NikiiCa

Amazing products!!
I love lush, I never even thought of buying outside salon stores, but wow has made such a difference in my kin and hair, it’s been great, I can now style my wavy hair more naturally with minimal heat only my bangs and my hair looks fine, no more frizz my waves come together nicely, my daughters hair looks sooooo much better, it’s surprising, I just bought a huge overhaul of products to try out, thanks Lush, you’ve made a huge difference in our lives, looks like we are forever customersShow lessLadywildfox
Terrible. Miss the Old App
I’ve never taken the time to write a review of an app before however this needed to be said. This app is AWFUL. It’s impossible to find products as there are NO PRODUCT CATEGORIES. What? It’s just odd.
The old app was wonderful and I wish I had reviewed that one. 5 stars for sure. Then they made me get rid of it and download this one. From 5 stars to Zero… if only I could.
Not only are there no categories, their search parameters (example, searching for “soap”) bring up items have nothing to do with the search. I keep waiting for them to fix it & no such luck. I’ve been buying from Lush for over 15 years. It may be time to switch things up.Show lessggcchkhcxdgj

It is impossible to find what kind of scent the bath bombs are now. It never keeps my favorite list, I’m constantly having to re-set up an account with the same email. So all of my purchase history, which I must have purchased hundreds of bath bombs and products over the years ARE ALL GONE! every time you update the app, everything is erased! and the bath bombs no longer come individually wrapped. They are all shoved in a box together, leaving them all crumbling up against each other! they used to be individually wrapped with a sticker of who made them! they used to make sure the product was not exposed to other products and carefully packaged! and what happened to all the variety of the bath bombs? Most are out of stock now, and hardly any are unique anymore! i’m very disappointed with the app, but most of all, I’m disappointed with Lush. I miss the way they used to be. I’ve been a fan of lush for a while, and recently decided to get the app to make life a little easier for ordering. It’s clean, simple and makes purchases so much easier. I just have one gripe.
I think that a “filter out” option would be a BRILLIANT addition to the filters. As someone who is severely allergic to lavender, clicking into the collection, then product, then ingredients and then finding if there’s lavender or not on EVERY product I’m interested in gets old, and though the ingredients are clear and easy to reach, I would love the app to have the option to filter in a way that then removes products with certain ingredients from your search! It would save SO much time for anyone with allergies and would make shopping a much smoother process.
Love the app greatly, just think this feature would make life so much easier.Show lessCutecupcake!!!!
