  • Miss the old app

    Everything about the new app sucks. It's so tedious to look for anything now, the new filter layout isn't good, and forget about casually browsing the categories to see what's there. Above all, I hate that they removed the option of click and collect. If I recall, it's still possible but you have to do it through the web. Totally disappointed :/

  • Lack of information

    I really like the app, but I wish it would say which products are available online. It’s so frustrating doing a basket only to checkout and it say “not all items are available online” and then I’ve got to go through and guess which one it is, or open the web page!
    Apart from that I think the apps great, I love the playlist section on it

  • Change in app

    I am a loyal Lush customer for years and rely on your website to order products. I live rurally so the added option of free shipping if purchasing over a certain amount is no issue because I order quite a lot of products. I also loved choosing a sample product because I do not have the option of a local store to try new products. I was disappointed to say these two benefits of ordering online are now removed with my last purchase. I know this will affect my future purchases, as I debate for days to even order the products I had in my cart. I hope my feedback addressing direct impacts to my experience will be considered.

  • Disappointed to say the least!

    Lush’s new website is absolutely disastrous!! I put an order in on Boxing Day, and it went through Afterpay as you guys still don’t have the capacity for visa-debit cards. Order went through and I paid for it, and the order didn’t go through on your end. All the call center said was “well too bad all the products are sold out you need to make a new order” no rectifying the situation or even a simple apology. I love lush, but you guys are making it so difficult to shop online and even in your stores. Maybe it’s time to rethink your products. Wish I could give 0/5 stars.

  • Boxing Day

    App was even more horrible on Boxing Day. You couldn’t even see the entire stock of what’s available. By the time I had put items in my bag for purchase, I wouldn’t know what was out of stock until trying to pay and again it was not specific on said items that are not available. Nor would the shopping bag update on the out of stock. Too many back and forth just to get rid of an item. This year was a joke. There was not much communication on when the app would be available and the same for stores about Boxing Day. Hopefully the app makes some changes going into the new year and making the overall shopping experience better

  • Functions poorly

    Like most, I’m super excited when Boxing Day rolls around. My cart is loaded, it’s bountiful. Every single year the app lets me down. I head straight for payment, it hangs on address, reports server error, repeat. It gets to next step and hangs on shipping, pressing the radio button each time prompted, again and again the circle of hate - loading. By the time it fails for good, and I can finally access payment bar, everything in the cart is gone, but, it’s not gone in an effective way, you must return and delete said items, rendering the system useless because the cycle is repeated indefinitely. Also, some items appear to remain (small victory because it’s unloved items), you can add to cart, only to get to payment page where you get “we’re sorry, these items are no longer available:………..). I’m sure I would have better luck on actual website which appears to properly show when items are unavailable. I’ve spent 1.5 hours trying to purchase, and now, only dregs are left.

  • Crashed multiple times

    Crashed multiple times and wouldn’t update the cart. Tried to purchase items and the app crashed at the point where shipping address is entered. Frustrating because whenever this happens, a few items would sell out while it reloads

    Thanks for the feedback. Due to the heavy load of traffic on our site on Boxing Day, our systems had a few wobbles. This should all be resolved now.
  • Frustrating

    My cart keeps emptying itself if I’m idle for any amount of time or switch between apps, regardless of whether I’m logged in, making trying to christmas shop for multiple people incredibly frustrating.

  • Awful

    Super awful app. The size of there app doesn’t even fit in the screen of the cell phone. Super hard to shop. I can’t even use the website cause it keep resending me to the app. Look like they don’t want to pay someone qualified to create it.
