    love the design of the new app, except it seems to crash quite often, and also doesn’t fully load when you first go onto it and i have to go onto a different pages to finally get it to all load properly.
    I also can’t seem to find a way to log in to your account when on the app, so i can’t access my wishlist, which is inconvenient really when all the things i tend to buy and would like to buy i have saved on there for easy access.

  • Where’s my wishlist ??!

    I tried asking on Twitter but it seems they’re no longer using social media 😤.
    But the new update is horrific. As someone with adhd it’s so confusing not having categories and is very distracting.
    I regularly browse on the app to find new things to try out.
    But not only are they harder to find but now there are no more descriptions?!! Instead just reviews. Which I prefer having a description rather than someone’s experience as I look for key things.

    But the biggest thing that honestly hurt my feelings is the fact there is no more wishlist. I spend hours adding things to my wishlist for future presents. It was also useful for my dad (who has no sense of smell) as he knew what I’d like from lush for birthday/Christmas.
    Having a wishlist was one of my favourite qualities as I could find products I’d like to try and save them in there for when I could afford them.

    And it’s honestly a massive eyesore.
    I highly doubt lush read their reviews after apparently coming off social media but they ought to as I’m not the only one upset by this update looking at other reviews.
    Especially during a pandemic where online shopping is at a all time high and Is most accessible for highly vulnerable people like myself.

  • Love the products but not a huge fan of the app update

    I can’t recommend Lush products enough and I love browsing the app to find new scents and products to end up with an exciting selection of items. Unfortunately the new update makes this difficult as there is no browsing feature just a search function so I am not sure if I can see the full range. When opening a product there is no longer the extensive detail on the signature scents and ingredients so I had to read all the reviews to find out what the product would be like - this made it difficult for me to figure out whether it was a product I’d want to order. I’m sure this app works great if you have already found a product, run out and need to reorder but not if you’re looking to replicate the in-store experience online. I have put off my order for now but am planning to use the website instead.

    Thank you for taking the time to send this feedback, it's really valuable to us so that we know where to improve the app. The best way to browse products right now is to go to the search tab and tap "Filter" in the top right, and select either a Collection or a Type. When you press "Show Results" you will see all the products in that collection. For example you can turn on the filter for the type "Bath Bomb" and browse all of our bath bombs. We're working on our product descriptions right now so you should see an improvement in these soon. We will continue to work on the app to improve the experience based on feedback like yours.
  • Terrible update

    Since the update the app is terrible and I can’t use it at all. Tried to do an order but when I input my email it says it has to be valid?? I type and restyled and nothing works. Used my daughters email which it allowed then I couldn’t pay as it kept showing an error on the address page and wouldn’t move past it. Shame because my order was over £100 and now mush won’t get it.
    The new layout is awful too. I don’t know anyone who likes it. I won’t be using it anymore and I’ve deleted it. Really bad move lush

    Thank you for this feedback. Today we've released an update that makes some design changes and bug fixes which should make browsing easier. The update also fixes the issue you mentioned where the checkout could incorrectly say that your email address is invalid. We will continue to work on improving the app experience and hope you will continue to give us feedback as we do.
  • Very good.. but

    I love the app, great articles and can read reviews of products. I also love the little videos that play to show you what product looks like when used. But, why won’t it save my address details? I don’t want to have to enter every time I want to order. The website has the “my account” area where everything is saved but in the app this is missing..
    Please can you update this?

    If I press on bath and body it comes up with articles needs to be sorted because so want bath bombs not articles.
  • App No Longer Accessible with Voiceover

    Sadly, the latest version of this app is no longer accessible to those using Voiceover. This is a shame, as it used to work really well and was much less cluttered than the website. It's no longer possible to view any products after selecting a category. With Voiceover enabled, all of the screens appear blank, apart from the tabs at the bottom.

  • Love the app but now I can’t see my wishlist

    I’ve been using the app for awhile now and I’ve just gone into it and I can’t see my wish list at all I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and it hasn’t worked neither does logging out please fix this issue

  • Improvements?

    Great app! I highly recommend this to any lushie! Very creative layout of the app I would like to give some constructive criticism though. When you look at any lush store on the app I would LOVE to see what they have in stock and what things they don’t sell at that specific store, but, overall it is a great app!
