  • Can’t change currency display?

    I’ve just gone to do a restock of all my faves but all the prices are displayed in GBP despite my delivery and billing address being set to Australia. I can’t see anywhere to adjust this display and it’s frustrating. Guess I’ll go back to purchasing through the website until/unless this is able to be changed.

    really liked the app until it was updated to being only for britain instead including other countries like nz. now i cannot use it at all
  • Lovely Stuff

    I really enjoy buying things from LUSH, the products are imaginative, sensitive on the skin and ethically made. I buy pretty much all of my gifts from here because I enjoy picking out different items and people are always happy with what I’ve sent. The app is easy to use, I like that it saves addresses and that I can pay by Apple Pay.

  • Bring the old one back!

    Horrible update - completely inaccessible and I wonder if they made this “redesign” to be as frustrating for customers as possible. No more categories like “shampoo” and “body wash” for if you want to search for specific products. Instead you either have to memorise the name to use the search function or kiss all hopes of finding the product goodbye, unless it “makes you sleepy” or is “fresh” because apparently that constitutes as suitable replacement categories now. There’s no whiff of a wishlist any more, old accounts have gone so you can’t view your order history, and the design is so garishly ugly and animated that it hurts my eyes to look at for more than 5 seconds. I can’t possibly imagine what Lush were thinking of with this one. I certainly won’t be using it any time in the near future.

    I love lush, products are great, but for some reason whenever I leave the app and go back on it, it deletes everything from my basket, also it would be nice to have a liked section so that I could find my regulars quickly rather than having to find each item individually each time.
  • Terrible update to what was a great app

    The update that has recently been made to this app is just terrible. Your basket deletes if you haven’t purchased your items within an hour or so, which is incredibly frustrating as it means you cannot pick up and put down the app throughout the day. The search function is rubbish and shows a lot of irrelevant products even when you search for something specific. Further, it’s basically impossible to browse through products beyond the ones advertised on the home page which is awful and ruins the shopping experience in my opinion. Finally, and worst of all, you can no longer see the overall customer rating of products and can only a VERY selective subset of the full reviews, all of which are positive of course. Why would you not include this information when a) it is available on the website and b) provides real, unbiased insight into the products, which is arguably the most useful information??! Very disappointed, will avoid using the app in future until further updates are made.

  • So frustrated

    The new version of the app is infuriating!!!! You can’t log into your account, there’s no wishlist, and browsing for products is nye on impossible. This would’ve only brought me down to two stars however, because at least it still does it’s job of letting you buy stuff right…wrong! The nail in the coffin is the fact when you try to checkout, it doesn’t let you proceed to payment! No matter how many times I’ve checked and rechecked my address and email, it does not work! The old app was a bit buggy but at least it did it’s job :(

  • Wish it was more like the website

    Would love to be able to see similar items when looking at a product makes it a lot easier to find new things especially as so many I forget the name of this helps me so much when shopping. Would also love having the reviews to scroll through really helps with my decision to see how others felt not just a couple of reviews

  • Needs a wishlist and basket review

    Hi I love lush and the app is a really great start… However I found the lack of a Wish List frustrating because there is so much so many products to search through that I might not have time or money to buyRight away but would love to come back to. Also from the basket (and hopefully future Wish List) it would be handy to be able to click on the products from there and be taken back to review their information. This is really important when narrowing down which products to buy if there are several to compare and choose from. Otherwise it’s a case of going back and searching the product up which is much more labourious and time-consuming! Thanks for listening

  • Just why?

    I was excited to see there was a new app as the old one had a few glitches but this has left me questioning what on Earth Lush were thinking! Firstly there is no log in / account / wish list so you have to go through all the products and add to basket from scratch. Then there are no categories to browse only a really hard to use filter. I was looking forward to seeing what was new for Easter but just gave up and ordered only things I needed to repurchase as I could type the names in the search. It then wouldn’t recognise my gmail email so I had to use an old yahoo mail one. I’m just baffled as to why making your customers experience more difficult was considered a good thing?
