  • Awful update

    The new update to the app is awful. It’s so hard to navigate or find what you’re looking for. Why can’t I choose a category such as hair care then shampoo bars like on the website? The search box is useless. If you type “shampoo bar” it includes bath bombs and tooth tabs?? The old app allowed me to select hair products or shower gels and then browse through the range. I’ve just typed “shower gel” into the search box and again it’s displaying bath bombs, tooth tabs and moisturisers. Completely pointless. I love Lush products but the app is truly terrible. Deleted and I’ll use the website instead.

  • This app is a mess

    I want to browse by product type, not by 'feelings' or whatever random categories are on the homepage this time. I don't have a bath so I don't want to waste time sifting through a load of bath products to find something I can use in the shower. Apps are supposed to make things easier and more intuitive, but there's absolutely no benefit of using this wishy washy (pun intended) app over the website
    Also: stop making me click on things to then tell me it's out of stock!!! Either remove it from the inventory or have an 'out of stock' sign on the preview bit

  • Terrible app

    A confusing, completely non user friendly mess of an app and this is coming from a millennial. Where have the categories gone? There’s now just a useless search bar, I don’t want to have to search everything by name or ingredient what’s was so hard with keeping up categories for skin, shower or bath? Literally put me off of buying anything so your loss lush.

  • Changes

    The changes you’ve made have not been helpful at all. There’s no categories anymore which makes it awfully difficult to search what your looking for. Please bring back the categories
  • App looks great but….

    The app is slow and some descriptions just cut off for some reason. I saw on one of the soaps “my daughter loves this, it smells like…” and then nothing after. It would also be great to see a category section of the app while then having to use the search function and then sort by. I see a wish list is coming soon so I look forward to that. The app just needs some adjustments and a few missing features added and it will be great!

  • Totally inaccessible app!

    It’s sad to see that in this updated version of the Lush App, they’ve managed to make it totally inaccessible to people who are totally blind and use VoiceOver on the iPhone. This is extremely disappointing in this day and age. I would be hoping they would strive for equity and inclusion with digital access, and within the community, not excluding a group of already marginalised people.

  • Update ruined it

    The update has removed the index so you have to know what your looking for to find it
    Easier to use the actual website to order
  • Nice app experience but payment doesn’t work

    Browsing products and putting them in the cart works fine, can even put Australian delivery addresses and move through to checkout, but the payment step fails, regardless of which payment option is used. And the message ‘Something went wrong’ is spectacularly less than helpful. Sigh, back to the website.

  • Can’t put order through

    Managed to add items to my cart easily enough, but can’t complete check out - when I try to choose or enter a delivery address, nothing happens…
  • Doesn’t work anymore

    The app seems to be stuck on the UK site, I’m in Australia and can’t log in or view the Australian range of products. Please fix. It was a pretty good app before this happened.
