  • This app needs to be fixed ASAP

    The interface is not user friendly, let alone functional. Most users aren’t able to sign in and complete check out. As a developer, I’m embarrassed that this new app made it into final production.

    Hi there, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you are not pleased with this app. The sign in option isn't currently available for North American customers but this is coming soon. If you can email wecare@lush.co.uk with details of the issues you are facing and some screenshots then we can pass this over to our App team to look into.
  • UPDATE:Still the pits

    This app used to be fine. Then it was updated with stuff that no one cares about (immersive bathing experience?? I’ll use Spotify, thanks). And they removed the ability to log in to your own account and favorite items?! Why?? This has rendered the app useless for me.

    Update 4/1:

    I reached out to the app support team as requested and was told that North American users are not able to log in to their accounts on the new version of the app because it’s not supported for us. What?! So you’re alienating what I suspect is a huge portion of your customer base by making the app unusable for us. You can’t create a Lush North America app?? This is so silly to me.

    Hi there. Thank you for your feedback. To log in to your account, click on the smiley face icon on the bottom right and then click on "Sign In" You will then be able to sign into your account. If this doesn't appear or work for you then please email a screenshot to wecare@lush.co.uk describing the issue and our App Team can take a look into this for you.

    Ok I lovvveeddd the app before the update. But i deleted it right after the update. Please change it!

  • Never let’s me pay

    I’ve tried to make purchases several times on the app and website and it never lets me get past the shipping screen. This has been happening for years.

  • Horrible

    What a horrible experience! We were told to download this app for the Mario exclusive, but then it was only available on the old app?! Trash. You can’t even effectively shop on this app let alone check out.

  • Tried to fix what wasn’t broken and ended up with this.

    Sure, the app can access my camera now and track when I’m taking a bath, but at what cost? Everything about the shopping experience is broken (and no, you can’t click the smiley face to sign in as sidesteps on another review - that just lets me change the setting to keep the display on in the bath).

    Please fix this. We can’t be expected to use barely functioning tech for super cool app exclusive early product launches in the state it’s in.

  • All products aren’t available?!?

    Regularly buy one of the dusting powders and it doesn’t show up in the app. None of them do. Don’t need the app if I still have to order off the website.

  • New app layout 👎🏻

    This app is an utter embarrassment. Lush should be ashamed of releasing such an inadequate and woeful attempt at an app!

    The new app layout, Lush have massively got that wrong in my opinion. I appreciate your not going to please everybody but the one thing I used my Lush app for was being able to see what’s new, with the new update you can’t see new products anymore you have to go to individual categories. What’s the point of using the app now? You are unable to change the quantity of an item once in the basket, you can not log in to your account, the new items list does not contain all new items. Lush clearly put absolutely zero thought into this app update.

  • Good info, needs polish

    I have mixed feelings about this app. It’s very convenient to find ingredient lists. The search is mostly good, searching for bath bombs also included a few other random items. When you get to the bottom of the screen in a search, the page glitches before refreshing with more results. My other feedback is that I would really love a dark mode option and USA pricing. I think I’ll go back to using the website for now.
