If you can follow simple directions, this app is great. Head over to LeaveWeb on a computer with your CAC, select “Help Contents,” then “LeaveWeb Mobile.”
They break it down Barney style. Very hard to mess it up.
After following the published set-up guide, authenticating with my Air Force email (and emailed codes) with multiple attempts at each, there was no success in accessing the application. My advice is to stick with your traditional CAC-enabled device to use LeaveWeb until a logical interface is available.
If you can login using okta. I just get stuck in an endless loop of verifying via okta and my email but still somehow not getting past the cac card verification
Not sure what people are complaining about. Honestly this process took me less than 10 minutes to setup. The instructions on LeaveWeb were very simple to follow, and the Okta Verify app was very easy to connect and use to authenticate the Leave Web Mobile app. I had no issues logging in what so ever. Hopefully this gets incorporated into more applications in the future. Recommend a video instruction guide for the computer illiterate.
I think this is a great idea but it completely misses the mark. The OKTA authentication app isn’t allowing me to log in to even verify on this app and when I tried verification on my laptop it just prompted mr to use my CAC. Basically why do I need this if it’s just forcing me to use my laptop and CAC and still won’t work. I advise against downloading this until they actually make drastic changes for ease of use/verification. Everyone else has four how to use one time authentication codes yet we can’t get it right in the Air Force…. They hyped this up for months just to have a subpar product l. I hope we didn’t spend a substantial amount of money to develop this just to fail.

Almost impossible with just a phone. Kept getting errors and dead ends. The execution is worse than the Course 15 debacle. Seriously. Try hiring people who actually know what they are doing. I would rate this zero stars, but am giving it one star for security, because nobody will be able to use it. Therefore it is as secure as Fort Knox.
Oh, and when it doesn’t work, which is always, you are directed to an Air Force help desk. Yeah. Ready to wait on hold for 15 hours? Or you can check out the convoluted “instructions” on the LeaveWeb Online Help website. Those will let you that you need yet another app to verify your credentials, plus you will also need a government computer or a CAC enabled PC for the set up….which doesn’t work anyway.

Verification process is as far as you will get with this app. The code sent to my email for verification sent me back to the login page to login with CAC which defeats the purpose of it being a mobile app.
