  • Neat

    Works for me, downloaded the Okta App, set it up once with my CAC on a work computer, and now I’m able to log in with only the app and the Okta authenticator.
  • Doesn’t work

    Keeps kicking me back to the login page and doesn’t work even after verifying with work email.

  • Simple app but very convenient!

    After setting up of authentication using the directions from the main website, it has been so easy to authorize leave wherever I am! I put my email in and Okta utilizes my face to sign in (lol) after I declare”Yes, it’s me!” My 2nd review wasn’t great because the screen would freeze after login but the developers contacted me and requested feedback! Never happened to me before and this is not the first Air Force app I’ve rated! This last update got me up and running in just a couple weeks! Although it doesn’t have all the features the main site has, it’s good enough right now for my needs and I can’t wait to see what they update next as this is still a work in progress. :D

    For some reason I can’t change my bad review but I’ve requested removal of it so hopefully that happens soon. <3
  • Simply trash!

    Another failed attempt by the Air Force. Why do you even try to make things easier when all you do is make the task overly cumbersome. I imagine this app will go without updates and the Air Force will use tax payers dollars to keep hosting it in the App Store.

    Nice try, but try again…. Or just delete it and deny you ever tried to make something that works to make Airman’s life easier.
  • Needs MobileConnect Authentication

    If only this app had authentication through the Air Force MobileConnect app. I should be able to log in to a mobile app on the go through the mobile app made specifically for this purpose. I don’t want to be required to be sitting at my computer to log in. Sub-optimal UX to be missing this feature.

  • Authentication awesome but stuck in retrieval

    I gave high marks for the Okta authentication but when it’s trying to retrieve leave requests for me to look at, it gets stuck and I’m staring at a lovely background of the Earth in space. Would love to see this app when it it’s not in beta mode, which is what this feels like.

  • Impossible to use

    Great concept and was excited, but can’t even log in. And these so called help contents? Not helpful. Too bad I can hook up my CAC reader to my phone to login… 😂 why can’t it be setup like MyPay. With your own username and password.

  • Horrible

    As expected, I would never use this app because it was developed without any sense of customer service, ease of use, etc. You will also get an automated reply versus the actual developer trying to assist after a review. Refund this contract NOW!

  • Great concept but really needs a different approach

    First thing it asks is to authenticate using my military email. That means I need a CAC Card, which means I will just log into leave web since I am already on my computer. The idea behind this app (So I thought) was to make Leave Web accessible to those who didn’t have a computer / CAC Reader on hand. Maybe verify with SSN or Create a Username and password with a one-time authentication (meaning not having to authenticate each and every time I want to login). I don’t know. Going to login to my computer now.

  • High hopes, low expectations

    Deep down we all knew the offer of a sensible mobile app was but yet another mirage. A second blow was delivered by taking away the satisfaction of giving it a proper roasting by ensuring we can’t even give get past the login screen to see it burn.
