    This is the best online banking app, bar none. Very user friendly and it literally has every activity you can think of for making your banking and financial activities convenient.
  • Face ID Login Issue with Latest Update

    After installing the new update yesterday, I am encountering issues with Face ID login.
    Despite successful Face ID verification, I am unable to log in.
    Please address and resolve this matter as soon as possible. Your prompt attention to this issue is appreciated.
  • App login broken after update

    Since todays update, app is restarting when trying Face ID login. Also can not paste password in the input field, nor the autofill working. which is a big problem when using complex password. Even when switching between apps, its crushing.
  • About Latest Updates

    The new update interface is not enough user friendly. In previous we can see our all accounts and balance together in one moments. But now theses all are separated which is time consuming to access and can’t see an one ui.
  • Not liking the new update

    The new update doesn’t allow me to see all of my accounts in a single page…it is indeed very cumbersome to navigate through all of my accounts.. the previous version was better
  • Only last 3 card transactions are shown!

    Previous app version is much better than current version. In this version only 3 transactions are shown that is not acceptable from Citytouch. At least 30 days card transactions should be displayed. Maybe Citytouch consider it their next version. Hope that we will get update version as soon as possible.

  • Cannot Make Transaction as Screen becomes Blank White

    I cannot make transactions through this app after the latest update. Whenever I put the OTP and touch the button “Done”, the screen becomes blank. Even I tried to scroll/push down the onscreen keyboard; but it doesn’t roll back to bottom or disappears. Hence, after putting OTP can’t proceed further to complete the transaction. Before the latest update I was happy with this app but now I hate it 😢. I use iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS version 16.5.

  • Take long Time to open any option

    It’s take long time to open any options like fund transfer and other options. Its need to improve server speed. Need more faster.
  • Skin becomes blank white

    When making any transfer whether to mobile or bank, the skin becomes white after providing the pin and hide the keyboard to proceed next. The skin gets blank. I can only go back and start over then same thing happens. Can you please provide a fix? Can’t transfer money to anywhere.

    Also the app UI a bit confusing. Whether a field is editable or not and where to tap on the screen to write text on a text field. Even the agent was struggling in front of me with the UI.

  • Good overall, bad load times.

    The app takes a lot of time to show account and credit card details, loading times are horrendously long. Compared to other banking apps, everything else is good. Would give it 4.5 stars if the load times were to improve.
