Why City Manarah Account is still unavailable on n the app

Everything is good but I have a suggestion to TCBL they should put a option where I can check my transaction like monthly, semi yearly or yearly.YeasinulIslam
signup problem
When I enter my account number and press done it says connection problem. My internet connection is working fine. Moreover there is no visible input for mobile number and email. Even the name input section doesn’t work at all. First time City with touch experience is the worst one. Even if you notice the review section no reply from tech support.Show lessVapture
Nagad transfer problems
Nagad transfer is only possible with the phone numbers that has NID associated with it. But the numbers which was opened without using NID is unable to transfer money. I hope it will be solved with an update asap.troy1302

city touch-reliable finance app
if any one uses city touch, he/she feels very reliable & safe with monitory terms. this the best app for withdrawal money even you can tk 1 can withdraw which other Banks does not approve u.
however, transferring money bank to bank, bkash, mobile recharge, buying tickets everything in city touch app you will find.

Notifications
I like this app. Pretty simple, easy to use. But I believe this app will be better with notifications. When we send and receive any payments we don’t receive notifications. Also we don’t see endorsement amount in the app. I had to call service center for how much dollars I have left. These parts can be improved. Good but needs to refine it more.
App still has some bugs even after recent update. It doesn’t work properly in Dark Mode. Specially in Login Screen, you can’t see what you are inputting. Dear developer, try login in while your phone is in Dark Mode you will know what I mean.itsmainul
Best Financial app
It is a great app to use. No issues so far. Just only one recommendation to add facilities to give payment of other banks visa master credit payment like brac bank.Saiful.dhk
Fix this issues
1. Add a button to use face id rather than auto face id right after opening the app. 2. Merge USD & BDT part. Introduce dynamic currency. Other banks are doing it. City bank should have done it by now. Best of luck I love Citytouch.Rezoan Ul Islam
