Terrible app - outsource gone wrong
This is a terrible app. Why even bother to ruin your brand? App does not sync, does not let you adjust settings of treadmill. Terrible screens with no UX in mind, feels like an early geocities website for a mobile app.MrNotHappyAboutThisApp
Useless App
App does not sync, crashes, and is basically useless.
Considering the release notes are in Chinese, it seems like this app was just farmed out to an unqualified react developer.
For the price of the hardware I’d expect a decent app to sync to our devices. I should have read the app reviews because I would have spent $1500 on a better brand.Show lessZoestra88
Unable to sync
All was good until the update to the new app version. It finds the treadmill but does not connect. Endless rotating blue circle until it times out and disconnects from the equipment.Mr, Whoopie
Totally broken and worthless
Complete broken on Tr5000. When I try to sync, the app completely freezes up. This app is of the quality you'd expect from an independent developer who hasn't updated the app in five years. Horrifying that it's coming from a big fitness companyanonymous999987

Unusable with TR1200B
It connects to my treadmill while I’m using it, but does not sync data at all. It even fails to appropriately stop and reset the treadmill when I hit sync and stop. I can’t believe it, but at least for this model, it’s worse than the previous app. I sincerely hope they figure this out. I’ve been waiting a while for a better app.Show lessBbro1984
