No way to disable auto off
I got these earbuds so I could sleep on planes or noisy hotels, but if you arenโt moving they shut off after 20 minutes. Super annoying.

Iโm very happy with my purchase , it fit perfectly to my ears , and the the hearing of the tunes and beats of the music is clearly and excellent.

The app is useful. The fact that the app insists on being open whenever Iโm using the headphones, to the point where it opens on top of whatever else Iโm using, negates all the usefulness.

no enabling/disabling auto-off mode. earbuds turn off randomly after 15-20mins while laying down
i was just trying to take a 30 mins nap only with the beautiful sound of bose and super awesome ANC. but one of the earbud randomly will shutting off after like 15-20mins. Thought it was the battery but put the earphones back into the case showing 95% and put back on my ear, and it would work. I repeated a few times all the same. So as long as iโm not moving and laying down. it will auto shut off. It will treat it like inactive. But if im sitting up and doing work or study for hours. they donโt do that at all. Please add the auto-off toggle feature in the app. I will change my rating to 5 stars.

Does not do anything. It opens a page that points to the same app in the app store. Can Bose do anything remotely right?

Unable to connect to Bose QC earbuds, keeps saying to download the app, when Iโm already on the app!
Doesnโt work
Flakey at best, usually doesnโt connect with my earbuds even though phone is connected to Bluetooth with them. Poor programming at its finest.
