This app is great for customization but the fact that it automatically opens even when closed is annoying. There needs to be an option to only use the app when desired. I donโt always need the voice assistant and donโt need this app open in the background just listening when not in use.
Another app that does not work
I love my Bose products but the app connectivity with the QC Earbuds is horrible. They made me change apps after months of ownership and now I have a second app that wonโt connect and throws an error every time I try to link. I can make them link via Bluetooth but I lose the tap options

If youโre going to force the user to install and navigate a secondary app, at least make it user friendly.

Not all sunshine and rainbows
Was working fine for a few days then suddenly I can't connect my earbuds even after uninstalling then reinstalling
So far so good
App is easy to navigate and works well..as for the buds they sound amazing so far I just need to try them in the gym and lots of other places with ambient sound โฆthe buds were smaller than expected which i was very pleased

Great app, but can be more customisable and would be great to have all Bose devices on one app as opposed to a separate app just for one device.
