Does not do anything. It opens a page that points to the same app in the app store. Can Bose do anything remotely right?
Didn’t work
Unable to connect to Bose QC earbuds, keeps saying to download the app, when I’m already on the app!
Doesn’t work
Flakey at best, usually doesn’t connect with my earbuds even though phone is connected to Bluetooth with them. Poor programming at its finest.
No in ear detection function
The old bose app allows to enable/disable the in ear detection function so it doesn’t switch to aware mode automatically every time you take off one earbud, but this new app eliminated that option
Perfection
I am a strong Apple customer, but the AirPods simply didn’t fit. The Bose QCE have so many functions that I find it increble!
Zero stars
Whenever I try to connect my earbuds in this app it directs me to download the app in the App Store. You know, the app I’m working from. It just keeps circling back to the App Store when I try to connect my QC earbuds.

After spending a small fortune on QC Earbuds one discovers they only work on brand new phones (two years or newer) and they don’t work with iPads, Windows Pro 6 tablets, sound bars (except Bose) or anything else. I don’t need quality sound to place phone calls. Bose has completely let down their customers with this mistake and they don’t tell you any of this before you purchase them. So Bose; what’s the point behind this disaster?
